Technical Committee on Property Statistics – CTInm

Objective

• To analyse property statistics in Spain, with particular emphasis on those included in the National Statistical Plan (PEN) 2025–2028 relating to housing supply and demand, property transactions (sales and lettings) and prices of both residential and commercial premises.
• To draw up a report containing recommendations prior to the PEN 2029–2032 Expert Panel.
• To draw up any reports entrusted to it by the Standing Commission of the CSE relating to any statistics in this field submitted for opinion.
